I've been represented by Sarah for 7 years and have nothing but praise. She's a fantastic agent, editor and is very well connected within the industry. She makes me a better writer, has secured me 5 book deals and thanks to her I'm an international bestseller. Can't recommend her enough if you're looking for representation. She's also super quick at responding to emails and is never too busy for a phone call.

I've got news for you, @EricBo, all agents are looking for obvious bestsellers.
I'm one of Sarah's clients and have been for a long, and successful, time. I made an account for this site because my friend read your comment and screenshot it to me. Authors change agents all the time - if you get a bit more experience, you will understand this - but few of them are pissy enough to take to social media, one-sidedly, about it.
Sarah is not a 'fairweather' agent: she is devoted to her clients, incredibly supportive, and one of the best in the business. You would be lucky to be represented by her (although posting unsubstantiated accusations and 'gossip' on industry sites makes that pretty unlikely).

Sarah Hornsley recently ditched one of her long time authors with no explanation, despite an obviously successful, and close working relationship. This author is probably not alone. No reason was given. Ms Hornsley can’t be too busy, even though she has a new book coming out, as she’s still taking submissions, but is likely now only looking for obvious bestsellers.
One to be aware of when submitting, no agent is better than a fairweather agent.
