According to the Fletcher & Company website, average response time is 4-6 weeks. It has been more than 6 weeks. Should I FU? Or consider this a CNR? She hasn't replied to anyone since November.

Fletcher & Company was acquired by United Talent. Please note the old email address @fletcherandco.com is still functioning, with new addresses coming soon.

She is now at UTA but her email for submissions still shows an email from FletcherandCo.

Thank you, dfwallace. So do you think my recent submission to info@fletcherandco.com got lost in the mix then? Or do you think those emails are forwarded?

Feb 2: Query sent
Feb 3: Very kind and fast personalized rejection (she was responsive bc she previously considered a full ms of mine in 2020).
FYI, Lisa is reluctant to take on college-aged MCs/narrators: "Unfortunately, I fear I'm about to disappoint you - I'm afraid I won't be able to consider ___. I've struggled to place YA novels with college-age protagonists; editors have felt that age group is a bit in between genres. I'm very sorry!!"
I think she meant categories, not genres, but you get the idea.
Also, her email has changed recently with the UTA acquisition of Fletcher + Co. It is now lisa.grubka@unitedtalent.com
Will prob query just one agent at Fletcher/UTA, which I'm guessing should be the same for ICM/CAA?
