This agent may be open for queries. Her Publisher's Marketplace account seems to say you can send a query to "info" at her agency. I see below in the comments that some authors have had trouble with her. On the other hand, one of her authors won the National Book Award last year and she has 5 deals on PM for the last 12 months. She must be practicing.

Hi, this is a lovely letter, but I'm afraid I'm going to pass -- I do very little memoir, I find it tough to place, though of course other agents feel differently -- good luck. DM

Beware of this agent. I signed with her last year. We had a few conversations and she gave me things to do and work on. She knew that I was a raw talent and agreed to work with me and was very excited about my book. Then with absolutely no warning at all...she stopped communicating with me. I sent her many notes and emails asking why and to give me some indication of what transpired. Nothing. She did not even have the professional decency or courtesy to respond to me. Very disappointed in her and her lack of response.

Her website also advertises for-fee editorial services. Supposedly the editorial service is "independent" of the agenting service, but . . .
