12/11/22 I pitched my book to Tim at a writing conference and he requested the full manuscript.
6/5/23 Kind rejection apologizing for the delay (which, in this industry, I didn't think was too long at all) with tons of helpful notes on what he did like, what he didn't like, and how to improve the plot and pacing.

Authors, if you can attend a conference with this guy, I highly recommend it. He's super personable, he hangs out with all the participants, answers every question, and he even swept the snow off my truck so I could get home. :)

@PHCrockett: my nudge to Timothy was because I'd had an R&R request from another agent. It does seems likely that he just doesn't respond on fulls. I hope you have better luck with others!

@orangrila - No, I haven't heard a thing since February. I should probably mark this as CNR, which is very disappointing. If the agent was willing to take the time to read the whole manuscript, he could have at least taken the time to send me a rejection email.
