Rejected on a full but great feedback and so incredibly kind. It always hurts a little less when it's a positive rejection.

As of 1 August (doesn't specify what she wants for submission but other agents at this agency ask for 3 chapters + synopsis):
I am open to your submissions at lutyensofficesubmissions@curtisbrown.co.uk, and I cannot wait to read your work. I am currently especially on the look-out for thrillers (fast & clever), horror (everything! Stephen King to Point Horror series to dark scary academia – nothing is off-limits) and really moving love stories (Talking at Night is a great example). I’d also love to find something steamy… think Fourth Wing, The Idea of You, Mills & Boon!

Thank you so much for submitting _____ for my consideration. While I was really impressed by your writing and the way you structure your novel, I’m afraid that certain stylistic elements (such as the absence of speech marks) are not quite to my taste, so I cannot offer you representation at the moment.
Please do not be discouraged – these opinions are very subjective, and evidently many agents connect with writing in this style, so you may well find an agent better suited to your work.
Wishing you all the best with your writing,
Alice
