Thank you MarganSloan, this is exactly what happened to me. My queries were in the 170-190 day range when they got marked CNR. Either I had that feature turned off or it never worked for me prior to the update. Grateful to know I'm not the only one.

No apologies needed, Patrick. I know this isn't easy to do, so glitches are bound to happen!

She mentioned on Twitter she is complete on queries through 1/11 and still working on the Jan queries as of now. She intends to reply to every one.
Edit: She clarified later that if you queried before 1/11, and have not heard back, then she is going to read your materials!

@mbowman I think she reviewed all through 1/11, but didn't reply to all. I'm still waiting on my 1/1 query.

@MorganSloan, That's possible. I did test it before making the final transition, but bugs happen so I can't rule it out completely. If the update did change your auto-close setting, then I apologize for the inconvenience.

No, RamblingScribe, you're not nuts - I had the same situation. I set my preferences not to auto-close at 120 days. The update reset that setting, and it auto-closed this one anyway.

@RamblingScribe The queries didn't close out because of the update, they closed out because you hit a specific day -- 120 days with no response. In both the old version and this newer version, there's an option in settings to make it so queries don't auto-close out. I've been using query manager for several years now (thanks for all of your hard work Patrick!) and it has nothing to do with the update, just time--120 days. If you don't select the option to make you have to manually close out each query, then the queries will automatically CNR after 120 days.
However there are also many agents who have a "no response means no" policy, so closing out after 120 days is a good marker for those.

@ Patrick, I don't mean to drag this out, I've sorted it out now, but I am confused by your last statement, because they weren't closed out under the old version. They were active right up until the update then all three queries auto-closed. Am I misunderstanding something?

Sorry RamblingScribe. But they would have been closed out under the old version as well.

@ Patrick, yes, and I think the ability to set aotoCNRs is a great feature, I'm just frustrated that it was turned on by default and affected three of my queries that I know are still viable. It was a pain trying to track them down and individually reset them while also figuring out the new navigation. Resetting the global setting did not undo the status change.

RamblingScribe, you can turn off auto CNRs in Account Settings.

After the update my query was auto-CNR'd, but Samantha told me personally that my query is in her "maybe" pile.

This may have been a mistake. I just doubled checked and her QM is closed and I know she said on Twitter she's currently on vacation.

Seems to be open to queries. Her QM link in her bio on twitter is live, no mention on the website of being closed.
