Cathie liked my pitch during #QuestPit on Twitter so I queried her that same day which was 7/3. Got an email with a request for the first 5 chapters 21 days later on 7/25. She seems to have a rather high request rate at the moment, but hey, a request is a request! Fingers crossed she asks for a full next. 120k Romantasy.
