the agent doesnt reply to queries

Is anyone having an issue with the submission entry form? I keep receiving an error message when submitting from my computer. I tried submitting from my phone and received a blank page, no error message.

Tried to submit via her contact form but it wouldn't send. Received an error message. Will try again in a few days. (3/23/22)

Sent a query (for a literary novel for adults) to Jessica sometime in late 2020. Got a request for a partial. Nudged a few times--she was good about responding, and she kept saying she would get to that weekend, but didn't hear anything. Finally wrote (politely) saying it seemed like she wasn't interested, and if she didn't respond I'd consider it a pass. She got back saying she'd liked the partial, and she'd like to see the full manuscript.

Several weeks later, I got word from my editor that a YA novel proposal (I am the author of two YA novels out from major publishers) was going to acquisitions. I reached back out to agents, and Jessica made an offer of representation. Had a nice chat with her this morning. Will keep you updated as to what happens.

EDIT: Ultimately I chose not to accept her offer. Didn't feel like the best fit for me.
