@shakesphere I sent my query at about the same time you did. Agents often close to clear their backlog, and I've received responses from many agents after they close Query Manager. If you look at the Data Explorer, you can see she's just started sending rejections for March 10. However, note that her response pattern in the Query Timeline has many "skips," which are presumably her hold pile.

Does anyone know if she will see queries sent before she closed it? She's not open right now, but I sent mine 56 days ago and still have no response.
