Tried to query Lynnette Novak and received an error message that I had a query under consideration (I didn't) and needed to wait for a reply (of which I received from my last query to this agency). I double-checked all my previous queries to this agency, and they all had garnered replies. However, when I queried Elisa Hout, the query went through with no problem.
