If you submit to Claire, make sure you address them properly. They go by they/them. I did not know that when I submitted my query on 9/5, I was sent back a rejection letter on 9/6 because I misgendered them. If you want to have them do your work, make sure to use Mx. instead of Ms. or Mr.! :)
