The agency's own online form box that asks why you're submitting to this agency (not this agent). I wrote something general and then went on to point out that I hoped this this would not be discarded as a “multiple” submission.
They require “withdrawing” sub from another agent after 8 weeks if you want to submit to another agent, but they don’t provide a link or form to do that. Notified agency of withdrawing sub from K. Lightner by using the general contact form several days before submitting to a different agent, but got no acknowledgement.
So far, I have not received any notice of whether my submission to Mr. Bell was received or automatically "discarded as a multiple submission." Why make it so hard for authors to get such important feedback on the submission logistics?
