"Thank you for sharing your work with us and for your patience as Johanna reviewed it.
At this time, we will not be requesting more. Given the high volume of submissions, Johanna can only take on projects that are a perfect fit for her list. We believe you merit an agent who connects with your work wholeheartedly and can be the advocate you deserve, so we will be stepping aside.
Please don't be discouraged though, as this is a highly subjective industry, which simply means another agent may feel differently.
Thank you again for your thinking of Writers House, for your patience, and for considering Johanna for this work."

Sent query during closed period, but still got a form rejection after 26 days.

Despite emailing me 8/7 that she was closed (after receipt), she still evaluated the query. Cool! A month later form rejection of course, but useful for anyone else who queried during her "soft close" period.
