Originally queried via form 6/3/22; however, later realized I never received the expected confirmation email that they received my query
Emailed on 9/1/22 to ask if they'd ever received it; no response
Re-queried same agent 9/27/22 via form; on website, after submitting, states, "Thank you for submitting to the MM Agency. We have sent more information on what happens next to your email. Please check your inbox." ...THIS time did receive an email confirming receipt and that they will respond w/in 12 wks

Sent a nudge per the agency's submission guidelines on the Friday to let Hayley know that I'd received a full request elsewhere, and she responded on the Monday with some positive feedback and a full request.

Hayley responded with a rejection/R&R. Despite the quick turnaround, she'd obviously read the whole thing/most of it as her feedback was super helpful and detailed. She shared lots of constructive comments and possible avenues to take the MS, many of which made me think 'duh, how did I miss that?!' She said she'd be keen to read anything else I have in future and/or would be happy to give this MS another look into if I applied her feedback.

On June 24th, I sent Hayley my revised MS and included a note in that to say I've been offered rep elsewhere, but that I'd still be keen for her to read the different version of the MS based on the feedback she shared with me! Received a really kind rejection from Hayley on the 6th of July, 2022.

Filled out the form at the end of May. Per email auto response notified the next day because two other agents had requested the full. She asked for the Full. One week turn around time. Kind rejection with meaningful notes. Lovely agent.

@shweta_adhyam, no, nothing. When my second submission yielded no response, I just figured it's a system error and left it at that.
@ jwitty, thank you for letting me know! Well maybe I'll query them again after a month or so when they sort this out...

@shweta_adhyam @solleebae I didn't receive an email confirmation to my form submission on 5/25. When I sent an email a week later, letting them know my full was out with multiple agents, I received a form email (automatic reply) so at the very least, they received that.

@solleebae, Did you get a confirmation the second time you sent your query? Trying to figure out if I should submit the form again.

@swatithegeek, Thank you for the answer & congrats on the offer!!!

@Solleebae, I don't think I got a confirmation, and I nudged the agency submissions email twice over a period of 10 days after getting an offer of rep from a different agent, but I haven't heard back at all, not even a step-aside or rejection. Weird.

I just submitted through the query form and, even though the webpage says they would send me a confirmation email, I haven't received anything (checked the spam box too). Is anyone else having the same problem? I ended up submitting my query twice :x

Profile Update: Now using a query form. Thanks rsilvestro

Use the FORM QUERY on their website. The email is only for advising if another agency has requested a full or has offered rep.

Thanks for the reminder, rmparry! I just did the same.
