I am sharing this as a warning to other authors based on my own experience and the evidence I have preserved and reported to the appropriate authorities.
The individuals as identified in connection with my experience include Nino Lingo and Alberto Lingo, and entities including Author Elevate LLC and NorthBridge Motion LLC, along with the website presented as John Phelps Literary.
I was deceived into believing I was dealing with legitimate traditional publishing and movie-production representatives concerning my book. I was also asked to provide a valid government-issued ID. I later became concerned that my driver's license had been copied and potentially altered or used without my authorization for fraudulent purposes.
I have filed an FTC ReportFraud report, reference number 205298389, and have also reported my identity-theft concerns through IdentityTheft.gov.
FBI investigation identified the IP addresses 192.168.0.1 and 192.168.0.106, with location information found indicating Sitio Sidlakan, Barangay Tisa, Cebu, Philippines. They have provided this information and supporting documentation to Philippine authorities for independent investigation. The IP addresses themselves should not be considered conclusive proof of an individual's physical location.
I have to share this so other authors will exercise extreme caution, independently verify anyone claiming to represent a publisher, literary agency, or production company, and protect their identification, money, manuscripts, and intellectual property.

Noticed a scam site that mimics Rebecca Carter Literary's website in its design and all articles - 'https://johnphelpsliterary.com/'. The entire 'about' page is also lifted from Rebecca Carter's site, except 'she' has been changed to 'he' throughout. The photograph of "John" is clearly AI.
Found via researching Tilda Butterworth's online presence prior to querying her - she's listed on John Phelps Literary as his assistant.
