Considered a no after 8 weeks (almost there). Cecilia has only requested 2 full manuscripts in the last 90 days (and those were requested 1-2 days after sending) and otherwise she doesn't seem to reply.

@pocket_rose I would give a minimum of 3 months to nudge and realistically, probably not until closer to 6 months. I've been in the query trenches for a while and its not uncommon to hear back from agents until 4, 5, 6 months+.
