Archiving Queries

Queries you no longer need to access can be moved to your archive. Archived queries are removed from your regular query list, but can be viewed anytime by viewing your archive.

Note: Though this tutorial references agents, the process is the same for publishers.

Archiving Queries

Queries can be archived on the agent search page.

Click the "Show Actions" link

A new column will appear in the agent's table, with options to Move or Archive a query.

Click Archive to open the archive settings window.

If there is no query assigned to an agent, these options will be disabled.

Choose the Yes option then click OK. The query will be moved from your query list, to your archive.

Viewing Archived Queries

To view the queries in your archive, you must switch the search option to "Archived Queries".

To do this, enter the Advanced Search Tools...

Go to the Lists section.

Choose Archived Queries then click OK to close the window.

The agents table will change, to only show queries that are in your archive.

When you're done viewing your archive, go back into the Advanced Search Tools and choose to view your Regular List.

Un-Archiving Queries

To un-archive a query, you must first be viewing your archive list. To do that, follow the instructions above for Viewing Archived Queries.

Then click the "Show Actions" link

A new column will appear in the agent's table, with options to Move or Archive a query.

Click Archive to open the archive settings window.

Choose the No option then click OK. The query will be moved from your archive, back to your regular query list.
