Priority Ranking - Help

Assign an optional priority number to your queries to help you rate the agents to be queried.

For instance, high priority agents you want to query first can be given a priority of 1.

Those agents you want to query in your second round can be given a priority of 2. Etc.

Please keep in mind that this is just one suggested way to use priority numbers. But you can use them however you want and assign any meaning you want to the numbers.

Note: Though this tutorial references agents, the process is the same for publishers.

The priority icon can be found in the right sidebar on the agent's profile page, but only if the agent has been added to your query list.

You can also find the priority icon on the agent search page as shown here.

Note: The "Data View Mode" on the search page must be set to "General," and the agent added to your query list before the priority icon will appear on the agent's page.

Choose a priority from 1 to 9, then save.

After being set, the actual priority number will be displayed in green.

The agent's table can be re-sorted, arranging queries in the order of their priority, by clicking the "Priority" heading.

On Phones or Small Screens

When on a phone or small screen, the right sidebar on the agent's profile page will be hidden to save room.

To make the sidebar appear, tap the "more" tab.

On Phones or Small Screens

On the agent search page, the search results are compressed when viewing the page from a phone or small screen.

So, you'll find the priority icon below the agent's name, instead of on the right side.
