Submitted full MS(fantasy romance)+Synopsis on 7/15 (3 months and 17 days ago)
Submittable says my content has been "In-Progress" for over a month now. Anyone know if that's a good sign? Should I nudge?

Update: Nudged on 11/3 via submittable, still no response
Emailed instead on 12/11, response 20 min later that it is still with an editor. Hoping that means good news!
