Their submissions portal is open now, February-April 2024, for children/YA.

11/30/2022 The web address reroutes to House of Anansi... it appears the two companies merged. If you scroll all the way to the bottom of the web page, you'll find the submission link for both House of Anansi and for Groundwood Press.

This is what I found on June 15, 2022: PICTURE BOOKS
Groundwood regrets that we are not currently accepting unsolicited manuscripts for picture books.
