"We are an epublisher which means electronic publisher. We work primarily through email and do not set up zoom meetings or in person meetings."

Seems a bit sketchy... like even if you do e-books you should be accessible to your authors. Not going to query them.

Just received an offer to publish my book. Very pleased.
Has anyone else had any experience working with these guys? Most of the comments listed are positive.

I filtered on Memoir and they came up. On research going to their submission page, they only accept fiction.

Every time I try to submit to this publisher, the email bounces back. The email address of the website is different to what is listed here, but both email address bounce back

Rejection: 1/8/24

Fast response within 8 hours. Sent at 10:30 PM. Received response 6:30 the next morning. Funny thing is, editor said "I took a great deal of time going over your book..." : )
