This is an author mill. Accepted my novel without any comments (not sure they even read it) and sent me a contract, which provides author copies only if the author pays for them at 75% of list price and purchases books in batches of 10. Also a total rights grab--every right under the sun in perpetuity. I asked about these clauses and was curtly told by the assistant that they don't negotiate. Definitely a pay-to-play outfit (even if the payment only comes in the form of paying for author's copies). Also, most covers are amateurish. Respect yourself and your work. Avoid this publisher. I'm still doubting they ever read my novel in the first place....

They look like they could use a decent graphic designer. A lot of their cover designs are lacking.

Had a novel accepted by this publisher. I find the staff friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable. So far no complaints. I would recommend a submission to them.

"We are an epublisher which means electronic publisher. We work primarily through email and do not set up zoom meetings or in person meetings."
Seems a bit sketchy... like even if you do e-books you should be accessible to your authors. Not going to query them.
