Queried my cozy mystery 7/19 & received e-mail response today - "We are a classic murder mystery and detection press, and unfortunately this story does not fit our list. Please check our submission guidelines....to assist with your next effort."
It's so frustrating. There is nothing in their guidelines that states they don't publish cozy mysteries. In fact, I know for certain that they have published cozy mysteries. That is why I queried them in the first place (carefully following their submission guidelines)! But now if they say they only want classic murder mysteries, I guess I can't argue with them. Aargh.

I went through the full process with this publisher as well, and the process took 11 months total. If you are impatient, this is not the way to go. I had to follow-up with them several times, but it that was okay. This was the first place I sent it to, so I am pleased with the result.

I went through the whole query, partial, full request with this publisher.
Their communication and timeliness was professional. While they eventually passed on my book they did let me go with a letter of feedback of positives and negatives of the manuscript.
The entire time frame from query to final full rejection was close to 7 mos. They did require exclusivity.
This publisher seems to prefer formula mysteries. If this is your niche, I'd give this place a shot. A definite recommend.
My rejected manuscript: Private eye/crime
