Handprint is an imprint of Chronicle Books. No submission information on Handprint's site, but Chronicle Books can be found here:

Note that for children's books, they only accept hard copy via mail, but since their employees are working from home during the pandemic, they state it may take a while for review of materials (site says through end of 2021, so it needs to be updated.) Also, no response for receipt of materials (unless you send a SASE) or rejection.

Twice attempted to send a message to Submissions address, but both times it was returned to me because the box has exceeded its storage quota (Recipient inbox full; Error 552 Exceeded storage allocation). I then sent my submission directly to the Editorial Office (Christopher Franceschelli) instead.
