The website looks VERY much like they are no longer interested in anyone's illustrations (per email specifying ILLUSTRATIONS!), let alone written works. I played around with every page on the site, every "contact" button and company info page. They are very interested in selling what they HAVE, but are not engaging with or inviting any authors for anything.

The QT link for Guidelines doesn't work. Here's the correct link: http://www.bloomsbury.com/us/authors/submissions/
