239 days here, and I still haven't heard back from Berkley. I've since done a massive edit according to an R&R from an agent, but I can't update the editors here. I'm hesitating on if I should withdraw this submission or not.

Is anybody able to DM Berkley through their open submission query? I wanted to update them that I've changed the title of the novel and that my comps are different but I only have the options of "Withdrawing" or "Reporting an offer". I thought we could do it in the old QueryTracker version but maybe I'm wrong. I'm currently using the free version of QueryTracker.
