Literary Mystery

The website says they're not able to accept uninvited manuscripts, but to email queries to one of the two editors. Not sure that they're closed to submissions altogether... Am I misreading this?

Page says "Due to the heavy volume of submissions, we regret that at this time we aren’t able to consider uninvited manuscripts."
