They do not appear to be accepting unsolicited submissions. Their Facebook page hasn't shared a post since 2019.

The link for submissions guidelines only takes you to the website. I found the guidelines here: http://www.marketlist.com/writers_markets/4304/paul-dry-books

But it contains very little useful information.
