StarProphecy, If it were me, if I'd tried following up with her and received no response, I would query another agent and note that this agent has the full but that you assume she's passed since ____ amount of time has passed and she hasn't responded to follow-ups. (Also, Book Ends Literary has a helpful video on following up with agents on their YouTube channel.)

She doesn't seem to reply to fulls consistently, which is frustrating. It's like going to a job interview and never hearing back.

@StarProphecy72 If she's had the full for a year, any rational person will assume that's a pass. Go ahead and send to another agent

Pitmad like on 6/04/2020. EQ same day.
FR on 6/06/2020. Submitted same day.

So... she's had my full for six months officially. She requested it before she switched agencies and I really want to query someone else at her new agency but have absolutely no idea what to do or make of this situation. Should I just assume she passed before she switched agencies or is the "one agent per agency" rule in effect? Am I barred from querying anyone else from both agencies? Is there still a chance I'll eventually hear back? I am confused.

EDIT: Ended up attempting to reach out at New Leaf and was ignored. That's incredibly frustrating. I guess it's better to ask forgiveness than permission and just try to query someone else at the agency but I feel like it might make me look bad at this point. Is it really too much to ask an agent respond to a full they requested nearly a year ago? I'm sure things were hectic when she moved agencies but I feel like it wouldn't take long to answer a simple question.

Received immediate automated response indicating receipt of query. It says if there is no response after a month, they've likely passed.
