Due to a scammer impersonating her email, she is now using an official Upstart Crow email address. (see main tab above for the actual email address.)
As ERoscosky87 stated below, if you emailed her old gmail account, make sure it is susanhawk.submission@gmail.com and does NOT have a plural S after submission. The extra S is the address being used by the scammer.

Hey be careful that you put Susan's email in exactly as it should be - susanhawk.submission@gmail.com and not susanhawk.submissionS@gmail.com. I accidentally added the "s" to submission and her picture popped up as the email icon so I thought it was correct and sent. I quickly received a scam account asking for $250 to review my manuscript - I did email Susan to let her know. Please always remember that no one in traditional publishing should be asking you for money to review a manuscript if they are open to submissions!
