@BBMorgan16 The wait is definitely hard. I queried Alex on June 6 last year and she has had my full since June 12 so I get it, but you just can’t let yourself think that way. Let go of the other feelings, but hold on to the hope. And be happy when you see the announcements! They’ll hopefully be our agent siblings after all!

I've seen several authors announcing they're now repped by Alex Brown. That's so exciting for them. I queried Alex back in July, I think, and she's had my full manuscript for 104 days. It's disheartening to see author after author announcing that they're now repped. It feels like my chances of also being repped shrink with each one, because each new client brings more work onto her plate. I'm still holding out hope, though.

Wishing the best on finding a champion for everyone and their projects :) Alex seems so so incredible

YA Horror, 63k

For anyone wondering, I had already queried Danielle Burby and been rejected before I queried Alex. So if you've queried one and you're interested in the other, they don't seem to mind (or at least Alex doesn't)

She's had my full since July 4th of last year. Gives me a small glimmer of hope too. Good luck all!
