Q: 8/12/25
Full request: same day
Rejected: 10/3/25
Was excited about her based on everyone else but it seemed like she mass requested fulls, sat on it for some time, then sent out a rejection for a bunch of fulls in the past 2 days. It was kind but there weren't any notes so I don't even know what to work on which is really disappointing especially as she had it for so long. Oh well.

@kjhorner28 I'm waiting too. It doesn't seem like she opened in Sept either and she opened on 8/3 in Aug. There may be some months that she doesn't open at all, but I think its worth watching for a few days to see if its just opening later this month. I'm also not sure whether she opens the form herself, or if @patrick , the admin, does that, so that could also impact things.

QM: 5/30
Full request: 6/7, submitted same day
Nudged: 8/4, received note saying it was still under consideration
Personalized rejection: 10/3:
"I know I've been holding on this manuscript for longer than expected, but It's really one that has aspects I absolutley love, but I haven't been sure I'm the right agent to champion it. My list tends to lean speculative/horror in some form, but almost all my projects have queer representation because that's what I'm most passionate about representing. TITLE is brilliant and definitley has the COMP vibes that I was instantly drawn to. Your character chemistry is well done, and your writing is strong. For me what this is coming down to is do I feel confident championing this to editors in a way that sets you up for the most success as an author. After much consideration, I'm sadly going to step aside on offering representation, but please know it's not with much admiration for your manuscript. I am confident that you are going to find the perfect agent for TITLE and I can't wait to cheer for you from the sidelines."
Really appreciate the kind words and the support, even if it was a long wait. Have gotten similar comments from some other rejections so hoping I'm getting close to the right person!
