Do you think it's a silent pass on all of her original requests? She said 2-3 weeks reading time early in December but it looks like she's moved on to reading her most recent requests.

If it helps, I nudged Jeanne yesterday after receiving an offer, and she had a very nice reply about being very busy prepping several submissions before the end of the month. I would give her a little more time :)
