Reset a Lost Password or Username - Help
- If you lost your password...
- Request a password recovery.
- If you know your password, but want to change it...
- Sign into your QueryTracker account, then go to Account Settings and click the "Change Password" button.
- If you lost your username, but know your password...
- Try signing in using your email address instead of your username. You can sign in using either your username or email address. Either one will work. After signing in, go to Account Settings to view your username.
- If you lost your username AND your password...
- Request a password recovery. Your username will be included in the password recovery email.
- If you can't do the password recovery because you don't know your email address, or no longer have access to it...
- Contact us. We can grant access to the account, after you've confirmed you are the account owner.
- What is a password recovery?

We start by sending an email to the email address on file for your account. This confirms that you are the account owner, since no one else should have access to that email.
The email we send will contain a link, which will take you back to QueryTracker where you can supply a new password for the account.
